Joshi Kinjal Lalitji bhai was born on November 24th, 1999 in Jesangpara, a village near Patan, Gujarat, India. She comes from an Advaita Brahmin family; her father’s name is Lalitji Bhai who worked in a diamond company, and her mother’s name is Bhanuben. She has one younger brother named Akash Dave, and her family follows the Hindu religion. She completed her schooling at Manibaschool, New Naroda, and Ahmedabad. Then she joined the Patanjali Institute of professional Study to pursue her graduation.

Kinjal Dave’s father and uncle used to sing and write Gujarati songs which inspired her to become a singer. From the age of 7, she began to sing Bhajans. In 2015, she released her first song titled ‘Janediyo’, but she gained huge fame after releasing her second song “Char Bangadi Vadi Gadi; which was released in 2017. This song got 10million views within a week and other popular songs of hers include Leri Lala, Gogo Gogo MaroGom Dhani, and others.
