As a result of this, she is a well-known name in the international fashion designing World. After completing her graduation, she decided to join the National Institute of Fashion Technology. She marched towards her goal by creating her label called Lavanya.
In order to support young designers, she decided to build Ritu Beri Fashion Fraternity to launch their products to the market. She also become the first Indian Designer to be part of PROMOSTYL’s Acuastyl.
