Kalvakuntla Kavitha is a famous Indian politician who is a member of the Legislative council, Nizamabad since 2020. She was born on 13 March 1978 in Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, and the daughter of kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao. Her father is the first chief minister of Telangana, and she is well known for being his daughter. Besides, Kavitha did her schooling at Stanley girl’s high school, Hyderabad, and pursued B.Tech in CSE & master’s degree in science. Kavitha worked as a software engineer in the USA and returned to India in 2004. She opened many beauty salons after her return. In 2006, she joined his father’s regional party, Telangana Rashtra Samithi. Later, she launched the “Telangana Jagruthi campaign” to give importance to Telangana’s festival “Batkamm”. After that, she participated in the general election and won the majority of votes from the Nizamabad Lok Sabha constituency. Apart from this, she holds the position of Union leader of TSEB & Anganwadi today. Currently, Kavitha is a member of the Legislative Council.
